In this shot there is a bar, we have chose this location in particular
as it ties in well with the Film Noir genre. The room was of a large
scale and had the correct lighting for which we wanted to film in. The
low-key lighting adds shadows and a claustrophobic feel. We have
situated tables to the right of the shot, this was because we wanted to
make it look as though the people were in a real life bar rather than
something that's been set up.
This was the location of the office scene, this was set up in the
college presentation suite. We moved aside the other tables in the room
to create an office feel. Due to the table being on it's own, it
emphasises his superiority and independence compared to other people
within the work place. It also shows how he has a high position in the
business because he is isolated, portraying his own private
investigations.
